Yesterday I went with my brother Dillon (also a CF warrior) to this amazing quarry in Rockford, not too far from Maryville. It was quite a bit of a walk there and back, and it was TERRIBLY hot outside. But it made for a great workout. Then before I went to bed, I did another abbreviated (but more focused this time) set of yoga movements.
