Pumping the lungs: Day 180.

I think my body may FINALLY be (almost) fully recovered from the day when I pushed myself a little too hard: the morning walk + yoga + stationary bike. It seemed amazing and productive at the time, but my body's been so sore and exhausted the past several days because of it, so I haven't been able to do as much as I'd like. Lesson learned. Anyway, yesterday was still pretty slow. I did still get out and do SOMETHING though... went to Target and walked for a while. And then I went over to Ross and walked around even more. Plus, I was carrying stuff the whole time. By the time I left, my back was a little sore. (Which is actually a good sign; my back always gets sore when I've been active or had a decent workout.) Anyway, hoping for a better and more productive day today. And I started my day off early, so that's a great beginning! :)
