My daughter has a the mutation of G551D. And Vertex is doing a study on people with this mutation. Does anybody know about this study? Her doctor called me today asking if she would do it. Just curious what people's thoughts are! Apparently her mutation is a rare one according to her doctor

Is anyone else on the Denufosol trial drug?   It's a double-blind study but whatever I'm on definitely has a taste.  I'm thinking it's the real drug. I signed up to do the 3 yr. additional trial.  I like it better than Hypertonic Saline.     Anyone else have any thoughts...

I'm wondering if there is anyone doing the Ataluren or PTC124 study? Or if anyone has information from someone that is. I would love to talk to you. It would really mean the world to me. :) My 16 month old has a nonsense mutation and I'm putting all my hope into this drug......
