Antibiotics and increased hunger.

I'm currently in the hospital. It seems that every time I'm in the hospital on IV antibiotics, I absolutely starve. I am literally eating 2 meals at every sitting and still feeling hungry in between. Does anyone get this and if so, why does it happen? It's increasingly frustrating because I gain so much weight and I'm already overweight which isn't usual for a Cystic, but really I just want to know if this is common?

I sometimes do that to. I think its because you feel like its passing the time and you dont have your mind on the other things...
